To Russ and the Warlow Family,

My name is Frank Armenio. I used to teach tennis with Russ and Mike for the 
Woodbridge recreation department when he was teaching a few years ago and I 
was in your house once or twice to let him re-string my rackets. I was 
updated about Russ's accident from Adam Lasky. I wish you and the rest of 
your family all the best and that my prayers will be with you every single 
day as I am praying alot recently as just a month and half ago my father 
passed away suddenly at 54. My uncle is a priest and we are having a mass 
said for my father on x-mas day and during the mass I will mention Russ's 
name and all my family will pray for him as well. I hope you are all doing 
the best that you can during these tough times. Please wish him the best for 
me and it seems like the prayers and love is working as his condition is 
improving. Russ-get well soon-our hearts are with you.
