Rob,
Brad and I continue to each read Russ' updates daily.  It is the first thing
I do when I get to work each day.  The improvements that Russ has made over
the last 30 days sound wonderful.  You are right, in many cases they bring
up new challenges - but that is a good thing.  I was telling Brad last night
that when I read the updates from the weekend yesterday morning, I was so
impressed that Russ REMEMBERED that he was going home for the day on Sunday.
I know you two had been talking to him about it all week but the fact that
he remembered is really impressive.

Thanks for taking the time to continue to post the daily updates.  We think
about your family all the time and include all of you in our prayers.  I
hope that the weeks to come continue to bring great improvements!
