I'm Kevin's mom and met Russ and you at a fraternity function a few years 
back.  I met Russ other times too, and was always impressed with his 
politeness and friendliness.  Knowing that Kevin and Russ were roommates 
pleased me because I always knew they would be there for each other if they 
needed anything.  They truly had a strong friendship that continued even 
after Kevin graduated.  I know Kevin checks this website almost daily and 
thinks about Russ all the time.  I just wanted you to know that Russ is in 
our thoughts and prayers daily and we wish him a continued and successful 
recovery.  One day we'll all be able to celebrate his recovery and see his 
beautiful smile again.
