My name is Scott Metzger, I am a fraternity brother and friend of Russ, as well as a former housemate of his while at Rutgers.  My fiance and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you all.  Russ is the type of person who touches every person he meets in a positive way and you can't help being drawn to him as a friend.  Russ was always there for me as a friend whenever I needed him.  At this time I want you all to know that both of our prayers are with him and your entire family.  If there is anything that we can do to help please don't hesitate to email us.
