I was deeply moved by your story in the Star Ledger. Although we never met I feel we are not complete strangers. If we look hard enough we are all connected, even if in the smallest of ways. I love the game of golf and I played at Raritan Valley not too long ago. In some small way our paths have crossed. Also, quite a few years ago a family member was in the same situation as you are now. He has both amazed and humbled us all with his undaunting display of spirit and optimism. Those of us who live in the real world know who the real heroes are. You are an inspiration to us all.
