Subject: Thinking of all of you every day in every way.

Dear Russ, GeorgeAnn, Bob and all of the family and friends,
    George and I have gotten to know Russ and his family through our 
association at Optimum HealthCare and Exercise in Somerville, New Jersey.  
George Ann and I have had many wonderful chat sessions as we pushed ourselves 
on the treadmill every Friday.  Well, I miss those sessions with George Ann 
and I only wish that I could be of some assistance to all of you.  However, I 
learned a way a long time ago to be there for my friends and for persons I 
didn't even know.  So, George and I will do what we know helps - you are and 
will be in our daily prayers.  After all, that's where we can help at this 
time.  Keep up the great work Russ.  Your family, friends and people who do 
not even know you are there for you and always be.  Keep smiling.  With our
