Dear Bob, George-Anne, Jennifer and of course, Russ

We were glad to read the most recent updates of the weekend fiasco.  Gerry 
(Optimum) keeps George and I informed.  The actual recognition of the things 
you requested of Russ are so encouraging.  You must hold on to the most 
encouraging of moves.  We are pulling for all of you.  Please give a group
